About JUdith

Judith Rudoler is a counsellor, consultant, coach, and creative force with deep experience in mental health, substance use treatment, healthcare administration, and intuitive personal development.

Her work is rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and self-leadership, and she is committed to helping people reconnect with that inner truth.

Judith has supported individuals, families, and organizations through some of their most challenging and transformative seasons. As the former Executive Director of one of Canada’s leading addiction treatment centres, she brings a rare depth of understanding to both the clinical and human sides of recovery. Her approach blends strategy, empathy, and non-judgmental care, walking alongside clients with presence and purpose.

Her path began with creativity. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from OCAD University, later returning to school to complete a Master of Health Administration in Community Care from Toronto Metropolitan University. Her background in the arts continues to inform her work, often integrating creative practices as tools for insight and self-expression.

She is also a certified yoga and meditation facilitator with over 500 hours of training, including advanced studies in nervous system regulation and embodied healing with Rolf Gates.

My Journey

Judith started her own recovery journey in 2011, an experience that not only transformed her life but shaped her calling. She knows what it means to rebuild, reimagine, and reclaim a sense of living purposefully, and she brings that lived understanding into every client relationship.

She works with:

  • Individuals and families in all stages of recovery
  • People feeling stuck, lost, overwhelmed, or called toward meaningful change
  • Emerging and experienced leaders in healthcare, helping professions, and community care
  • Entrepreneurs and creatives seeking purposeful, values-aligned direction and sustainable growth
  • Organizations looking to evolve culture, strategy, or service delivery in ways that centre both impact and wellbeing

Whether in a single session or through long-term collaboration, Judith meets people where they are, with grounded guidance, genuine presence, and just the right amount of creative disruption.
